Refund Policy – Moodboard

Returns
We hope you love your Moodboard purchase, but if needed, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.

Ship items back using the most cost-effective method. Allow 21 working days for processing once received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and may take 5-10 working days to appear in your account.

Faulty Goods
If an item is faulty upon receipt, contact us at hello@moodboardshop.in within 7 days. Faults due to wear and tear, misuse, or accidents are not eligible. Do not return faulty items unless advised by Customer Care.

Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, check with your bank or card issuer. For further issues, contact us at hello@moodboardshop.in

Cancelled Goods
You can cancel orders within 7 working days of receipt under Consumer Protection laws. Notify us at hello@moodboardshop.in and return the items at your expense. Proof of postage is recommended.
